  • Company name and industry (where provided)
  • Phone number (optional)

  • Any additional details you choose to provide

Information collected automatically

When you visit aibuildrs.com, our servers and analytics tools automatically collect:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • The page you arrived from (referrer)
  • UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content) and click identifiers (gclid, dclid, wbraid, gbraid) when present

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential functioning — site security, form submission, session continuity. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics — to understand which pages and content are useful. We use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them where consent is required (UK/EU/UAE/Kenya).
  • Marketing attribution — to understand which campaigns generate inquiries. Only set after consent where required.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, or schedule a call
  • Deliver the services you've engaged us for
  • Send relevant follow-up communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Improve the site, its content, and our services
  • Measure the performance of marketing activities
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse

Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract — to respond to your inquiry and deliver services you've requested
  • Legitimate interests — to operate and improve our website and business
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies and email marketing
  • Legal obligation — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business: hosting (Vercel), analytics (Google), customer relationship management (CRM), email delivery, calendar booking, and payment processing. Each is bound by contract and processes data only on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary
  • Authorities, where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States. Information you provide may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal data from the UK, EEA, UAE, or Africa, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Inquiry records are kept for up to 36 months after the last interaction. Tax and accounting records are kept for as long as required by U.S. law.

8. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption, restricted access, and secure third-party processors. No system is perfectly secure — please don't send sensitive personal data through web forms.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Deletion — ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
  • Restriction or objection — limit or object to certain processing
  • Portability — receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent — for processing based on consent
